I couldn't wish for a better teacher in this. Gina carries her deep professional knowledge with lightness and humour and is able to effectively differentiate her instructions to enable all members of the class to succeed and make progress.

The class is mixed and fun to be in, we generally have a good laugh as we are working hard and Gina makes it very varied, we use different pilates equipment most weeks and every so often Gina will up the tempo to make it a challenging class, you certainly feel as though you have had a work out! I have had a couple of operations on my back and must say I wouldn't be as supple as I am now if it wasn't for Pilates!”

“Started this class on my second session now. Thought Pilates was for older ladies and easy, how wrong was I ! It's a very intense workout for an hour, with it being a small class Gina has her eye on us all if you are not doing it correctly she is down in the floor with you giving some one to one tuition.
